What is it?
S&C (Strength and Conditioning) is the application of sport science to enhance an athlete’s physical strength, movement quality and improve performance.


Who is it for?
​The common misconception is that S&C is reserved only for high end athletes, but that couldn’t be further from the truth! S&C is for anyone that is interested in improving their physical strength, movement and sports performance, as well as injury prevention and recovery.
What’s the difference between a S&C coach and a PT?
The key difference is that S&C coaches will create tailored long-term plans for the athlete, whereas a personal trainer will likely use generalised routines for short periods of time.
When creating programs, I will take into account your previous exercise history, achievements, set-backs and injury. I will also liase with other professionals you use, whether that be a Physiotherapist, Cycling Coach or Nutritionist, to provide coherent and consistent advice for you, the athlete.

How much does it cost?
Initial Assessment - £120:

Session 1 - Video consultation to establish sport history, injuries and future goals

Session 2 - Video consultation to conduct movement pattern analysis and feedback and baseline testing

First 4 weeks of programming via app
Online Monthly Coaching - £70 per month, minimum contract 3 months:

4 weeks programming via app

1 x video call for progress check
-
Up to 1 hour of coach liaison with any other professionals (coaches, therapists etc)

Unlimited WhatsApp communication (response within 24 hours, subject to annual leave)
In Person Sessions:
-
Initial Assessment £140 (plus 45p per mile over 20 miles from BA12 6DB)

Training session £50 for 1 hour at your preferred location (plus 45p per mile over 20 miles from BA12 6DB)
